An exciting opportunity to join one of the world's most trusted FM companies. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around Hampshire and surroundings, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPMs. Industry‐leading training and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company are provided.
Responsibilities:
- PPMs and reactive work
- Maintain boilers, AHU's, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing, fans, pumps etc.
- Inspection, fault finding and diagnostics
- Participate in an on‐call rota (details discussed in interview)
- Work 42.5 hours per week
Requirements:
- ACS Commercial Gas Qualification (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC (essential)
- F Gas Category 1 (desirable)
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
