Advanced Maintenance Engineer – Rugby!
Salary: £45,000 – £47,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday

Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with contractors and arrange site visits to ensure work meets expected standard.
- Carry out maintenance on equipment during non‑planned and planned maintenance schedules in a timely manner.
- Analyse breakdowns to determine root cause and prevent reoccurrence.
- Undertake improvement, extension or modification projects to optimise efficiency, reliability and safety.
- Maintain all equipment across the site including conveyors, pumps, cranes, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
- Work at height and be part of the rescue at height team (full training and PPE will be provided).
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- NVQ3 / HNC in Electrical Maintenance or relevant degree.
- Supervisory / Team lead experience within a maintenance environment.
- Experience within the Plastics / Food / Packaging / Warehouse industry in an Electrical Maintenance position.
- PLC fault finding – Siemens.
- Experience of medium and low voltage systems.
- Experience of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Strong knowledge of variable speed drives (AC and DC), picking cranes, conveyor systems, instrumentation, and pneumatics.
