Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role for a renowned specialist within the industry? We are representing a market-leading, globally recognized manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for their engineering excellence and top-tier build quality, they pride themselves on looking after their engineers with regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work-life balance. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking skilled Field Service Engineers based within the Aberdeen area to support their client base.
What You'll Be Doing
- As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high-end equipment.
- Fault-finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems.
- Providing exceptional customer service to their clients.
- Managing your own van stock and work efficiently across a dedicated patch.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Electrical Skills: Experience working with 3-phase electrical systems is essential.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Solid experience with mechanical components.
- Experience: A background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment is desirable but not essential.
- License: A full UK driving license.
