A global manufacturing business based in Witney are looking to take on a Quality Engineer. As a Quality Engineer, you will be at the heart of ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations for a business who have multiple UK sites. My client prioritises the development and welfare of staff providing excellent career progression opportunities and training. This role will provide excellent work life balance offering a four day working week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all of the work practices throughout the business are completed in accordance to IATF 16949 procedures and ISO14001 procedures.
- Prepare and submit Project Status / APQP reports to NPI Teams, where required.
- To manage individual customer complaints.
- To complete corrective actions on customer return activities.
- To conduct internal and external audits in line with prescribed schedules.
- Complete all relevant documentation relating to dimensional, material and environmental testing of initial samples.
Requirements:
- Quality Engineering experience.
- Experience of working in a highly regulated industry.
- Experience working with control plans, Process flow, FMEA.
- Experience with PPAP submissions.
