Job Overview
We’re looking for a technically skilled Application Support Analyst to work across the Visualfiles practice management system.
The role blends business systems development with day‑to‑day IT support, offering the chance to make a real impact on how the organisation works.
Remuneration: GBP30,000 – GBP40,000 per annum plus benefits, bonus and additional perks.

Responsibilities
- Support the Visualfiles system, developing, maintaining, and optimising workflows and automation.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support across hardware, software, and applications.
- Manage integrations with third‑party tools and platforms.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience supporting and developing Visualfiles.
- Experience within professional services.
- Experience with Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Confident diagnosing and resolving system or integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users.
- Experience providing IT support in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
