Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and lean tools.
- Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain GMP‑compliant documentation and follow change control procedures.
- Collaborate with teams and coordinate contractor activities, including permits and orders.
- Work within cleanroom environments, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Provide technical training and support to colleagues; cover team roles when needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Recognised qualification in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
- Hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or high‑tech environment.
- Proficient in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and clean room protocols.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
