Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
  • Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root‑cause corrective actions
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
  • Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
  • Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisation

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • Self‑motivated, solutions‑focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
