Role & Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and operational functions to ensure efficient day-to-day performance
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Drive process improvements, KPI performance, and operational excellence
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial decision-making
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, engineering standards, and ISO requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and project management expertise
- Solid financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Analytical, resilient, and solutions-focused approach with IOSH or equivalent
