Role & Responsibilities
- Lead site‑wide Lean strategy, driving cultural change and High‑Performing Teams (HPT) across all functions
- Deliver measurable business improvements through Lean Six Sigma projects, cost‑saving initiatives, and process optimisation
- Coach, mentor and develop Green Belts and problem‑solving capability (Kaizen, A3, DMAIC) across the organisation
- Oversee strategy deployment, business continuity planning and risk management activities
- Analyse and improve complex business processes, ensuring sustainable, repeatable operational performance
