Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (39 hours per week)
Commutable from – Sittingbourne, Gillingham, Chatham, Maidstone, Rochester, Faversham

Role & Responsibilities:
- Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
- Manage and support the development of the QC team
- Carry out root cause investigations using problem solving tools
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance quality
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or laboratory-based quality role.
- Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
- Strong communicator and decision maker
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and reporting skills.
- Internal auditing experience
