The Opportunity
Are you a Lead Refrigeration Engineer with strong CO2 experience looking to move into management? Or an established Refrigeration Supervisor seeking a market-leading employer? This hybrid role offers the perfect balance. You will split your time between hands-on technical work and line-managing a skilled team of field engineers across the South East.
Key Responsibilities
- Dual Focus: Deliver high-level technical support on tools while leading and mentoring your regional engineering team.
- CO2 Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for CO2 systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Line Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage field schedules, and support engineer development.
- Client Relations: Act as a key technical point of contact for major clients in the region.
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Background: Extensive experience in commercial or industrial refrigeration engineering.
- CO2 Qualification: Proven, solid experience working with CO2 (transcritical/subcritical) systems.
- Leadership Potential: Current supervisor experience OR a Senior/Lead Engineer with the drive and communication skills to step up.
- Location: Based in the South East with a full UK driving licence.
