A leading automotive repair business is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile SMART Technician to join its growing team covering Bristol and Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SMART Repair Technician looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from ongoing training, recognised qualifications and a strong team culture.
Working in a field-based role, you'll carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of customer locations.
The Role
- Carry out SMART repairs including paint, scratch, dent and minor bodywork repairs
- Travel to customer locations carrying out repairs on-site
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
- Manage your workload independently while maintaining company standards
- Work towards IMI qualifications and ATA accreditation
- Represent the business professionally across the region
The Candidate
- Previous experience within a bodyshop, SMART repair or vehicle paint repair environment
- Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience
- Strong paint repair and cosmetic vehicle repair skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
