Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee two business functions, covering New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead process setup, development and implementation across manufacturing and quality
- Support and host internal, external and supplier audits in line with BRC standards
- Own product specifications including shelf life testing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, start‑up or evolving environment, with the ability to bring structure and implement robust processes
- Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams, supporting innovation without limiting product creativity
- Degree educated in Food Science, Microbiology or a related discipline is preferred
- Experience within the food or drink industry, ideally gained in a start‑up or scale‑up environment
- Prior exposure to UK grocery or HoReCa sector would be advantageous
