We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive works across a range of commercial sites throughout Leeds and Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, technically strong engineer who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planned and reactive servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and heating systems
  • Inspection, testing and maintenance of plant rooms
  • Maintenance and fault‑finding on hot and cold water systems
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations
  • Providing clear communication with clients and reporting any remedial works required
  • Working independently or as part of a wider engineering team

Requirements

  • Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1/COCNP1 or equivalent)
  • Experience working on commercial boilers, plant rooms and associated systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication and customer‑facing skills
  • Ability to work across Leeds and Manchester
