We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our growing team, carrying out servicing, maintenance and reactive works across a range of commercial sites throughout Leeds and Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable, technically strong engineer who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive servicing and maintenance of commercial gas boilers and heating systems
- Inspection, testing and maintenance of plant rooms
- Maintenance and fault‑finding on hot and cold water systems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations
- Providing clear communication with clients and reporting any remedial works required
- Working independently or as part of a wider engineering team
Requirements
- Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1/COCNP1 or equivalent)
- Experience working on commercial boilers, plant rooms and associated systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer‑facing skills
- Ability to work across Leeds and Manchester
