About the Role

As a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer, you’ll be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), project work, and occasional reactive maintenance. You’ll work within a team of engineers, reporting to the Area Engineering Manager, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a fast-paced, rewarding environment with real career development.

What We’re Looking For in a Shift Engineer:

  • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance
  • 60/40 mechanical or more electrically biased
  • Strong knowledge of sensors, inverters, and motors
  • Level 3 qualification or higher in engineering (apprenticeship preferred)
