My client is a market-leading HVAC and refrigeration business, recognised for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial and industrial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and maximise sales opportunities across their product portfolio.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will be selling a range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including:

  • Heat Pumps
  • Associated HVAC Solutions and Services

Working closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and end users, you will develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements while driving revenue growth.

Location: Covering the south

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue within current accounts.
  • Generate new business opportunities across your territory.
  • Promote and sell HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers and heat pumps.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Proven sales experience within the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
  • A strong understanding of HVAC equipment, particularly chillers, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems.
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • A successful track record of delivering sales growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach.
  • Full UK driving license.
