A market leading manufacturing company is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team at a really exciting time at the business. This is a generalist position, working in a fast-paced environment and will involve varied responsibility across a range of areas. This is a truly excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join a dynamic role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
- Advising managers and employees across a range of HR and ER matters
- Managing contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance checks
- Coordinating inductions and supporting probation reviews
- Working with union reps where required
- Delivering training and administering the Vinci Works platform
- Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing payroll data
- Administering family‑friendly leave in line with policy
Skills and Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Must be well versed in a HR role within a small team/business that is dynamic
- Experience with HR databases is highly advantageous
- Must have worked with ER cases
- Hold a UK driving license and be happy to travel between local sites
