The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Location: East Cholderton

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm

Commutable from: Basingstoke, Whitchurch, Salisbury, Winchester, Southampton

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management, across departments, and be responsible for the QC department of the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and adherence to all company and factory control procedures to ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements
  • Manage the QMS
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, supplier quality issues and third-party certification bodies
  • Plan and lead effective audit programmes

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Manufacturing or engineering background
  • Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and quality control methodologies including ISO 9001 and working with certified products
  • Excellent communicator, calm character and good decision maker
