Shift Production Manager
Rotating Days & Nights
A leading manufacturer in Gloucester is looking for a Shift Production Manager to lead production teams, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality and delivery targets are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business investing heavily in its people and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop production teams across shifts
- Drive performance against safety, quality and production KPIs
- Ensure production plans and customer demands are met
- Monitor efficiency, labour utilisation and costs
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams
- Investigate production issues and implement solutions
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Production, Shift, Manufacturing or Operations Management role
- Strong leadership skills within a manufacturing environment
- Continuous improvement experience
- KPI-driven with a focus on operational performance
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Backgrounds in FMCG, Food, Packaging, Automotive, Chemical or Manufacturing are desirable
