Location: Surrey / Berkshire area (no Central London work).

Salary and Benefits: £38,000 – £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + Door‑to‑door paid travel. Competitive base salary, overtime, and excellent benefits.

The Opportunity: Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role without Central London travel? We are representing a market‑leading, globally recognised manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for engineering excellence and top‑tier build quality, they pride themselves on realistic regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work‑life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • The face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high‑end equipment.
  • Fault‑finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Managing your own van stock and working efficiently across a dedicated local/regional patch.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong electrical skills – proven experience, ideally with 3‑phase electrical systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude – solid experience with pumps, hydraulics, or general mechanical components.
  • Background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment (engineers from electro‑mechanical backgrounds with 3‑phase experience will also be considered).
  • Full UK driving licence.
