A market leading manufacturing company is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team at a really exciting time at the business. This is a generalist position, working in a fast-paced environment and will involve varied responsibility across a range of areas. This is a truly excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to join a dynamic role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
  • Advising managers and employees across a range of HR and ER matters
  • Managing contracts, onboarding documents, and compliance checks
  • Coordinating inductions and supporting probation reviews
  • Working with union reps where required
  • Delivering training and administering the Vinci Works platform
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing payroll data
  • Administering family‑friendly leave in line with policy

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
  • Must be well versed in a HR role within a small team/business that is dynamic
  • Experience with HR databases is highly advantageous
  • Must have worked with ER cases
  • Hold a UK driving license and be happy to travel between local sites
