The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our production team on a days-based shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, improving plant performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of mechanical equipment
  • Respond to and resolve breakdowns efficiently, minimising downtime
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and rotating equipment
  • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance machine reliability and performance
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems
  • Contribute to a strong health and safety culture
