Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, overtime

Location: Coventry

Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shifts, flexible)

Commutable from: Rugby, Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Nuneaton, Bedworth

Company Overview: A UK manufacturing business specialising in bespoke joinery and furniture, producing high-quality products for a range of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify CAM programs for 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Choose tooling, cutting methods, materials and machine settings to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Support estimating and project teams with input on CNC processes, costs and production.
  • Produce accurate works orders, drawings and technical documentation for shopfloor use.

Qualifications:

  • CNC programming experience within a joinery or woodworking environment is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years’ CNC programming experience, with 3-axis and 5-axis capability essential.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to interpret complex 2D and 3D technical drawings accurately.
  • Experience with Biesse and B Solid machines - desirable.
