Role & Responsibilities:
- Planned maintenance inspections, review parts used.
- Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules, carry out safety checks on a range of equipment.
- Monitor plant conditions, report defects, repair machinery.
- Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs and risk assessments.
- Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non-conformance issues.
- Work on a range of valves and pumps.
- Support production and continuous improvement projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Formal engineering qualification – C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, apprenticeship trained.
- Continuous improvement knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of good engineering standards.
- Experience in food, packaging, drink, or manufacturing environments.
