Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the QMS
- Lead and develop the Quality team
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance
- Reporting directly to the managing director
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. AS9100)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Leadership and communication skills
