Work with high-spec aerospace, defence & motorsport customers and join a global engineering group with strong technical capability. Be the key link between customers, production & quality, and work closely with production, quality & commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts, purchase orders, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all heat-treatment processes meet AS9100, NADCAP & customer specifications.
- Manage process documentation, configuration control & validation trials.
- Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting enquiries & quotations.
- Maintain specification libraries and support internal/external audits.
- Work closely with production, quality & commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Engineering.
- 5+ years in a technical engineering role (heat treatment preferred; surface treatments considered).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings & aerospace specifications (AMS, NADCAP, AS9100).
- Flexible, organised, and confident working across multiple teams.
