Ready to take ownership of a critical special process and shape the future of the site? We’re looking for a Process Manager who can lead, optimise, and elevate our vacuum heat‑treatment operations to world‑class standards.
Responsibilities- Own and manage all vacuum heat‑treatment processes, ensuring compliance with AMS 2750, Nadcap, and internal quality standards.
- Lead process optimisation, improving cycle performance, yield, throughput, and repeatability.
- Analyse furnace data, thermal cycles, and deviations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support daily operations.
- Maintain and develop process documentation, SOPs, load maps, recipes, and pyrometry records.
- Support audits, customer visits, and technical investigations relating to heat‑treatment performance.
- Background in heat treatment, vacuum furnaces, brazing, or thermal processing.
- Understanding of materials or metallurgical or thermal cycles.
- Degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy (or similar).
- Strong problem‑solver who can analyse data and improve processes.
