We’re looking for a hands‑on Engineering & Maintenance Lead who’s ready to take ownership, drive reliability, and shape the future of a fast‑moving manufacturing site. Lead and develop a multiskilled maintenance team across a busy manufacturing environment. Oversee planned, preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise machinery uptime. Diagnose and resolve breakdowns across moulding equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors and automation systems. Deliver CAPEX projects including machinery installs, upgrades, refurbishments and automation improvements. Drive continuous improvement, safety standards, and energy‑efficiency initiatives across the site.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified, multiskilled engineer with manufacturing or production maintenance experience.
- Proven leadership background — Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Engineer or Deputy Manager.
- Good understanding of PLCs, automation, and modern manufacturing machinery (training/development available).
- Strong problem‑solver with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Confident communicator who can coach a team and work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
