We are looking for a proactive leader to manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence processes, lead change, and make a real impact on operational performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining the site's quality processes to meet BRC, customer, and internal standards.
  • Ensuring all documents, policies, and procedures are controlled, fit for purpose, and fully traceable.
  • Driving compliance, continuous improvement, and effective action tracking across all functions.
  • Creating a culture based around quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality and compliance.
  • Lead food safety and risk management systems (HACCP, VACCP, TACCP) ensuring full compliance and traceability.
  • Oversee supplier approval and ensure alignment with industry and customer standards.
  • Drive complaint reduction and improve food safety culture through data insights and communication.
  • Develop and maintain document control and internal audit processes.
  • Deliver training and awareness programs to embed a strong quality culture.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of QMS, HACCP, and industry standards (e.g., BRC).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead change across multiple functions.
