Global Systems Coordinator is based in a global manufacturing business in Witney. The role is at the heart of ensuring compliance with standards, regulations and policies. My client prioritises the development and welfare of staff providing excellent career progression opportunities and training. This role provides excellent work–life balance offering days based role and a four‑day working week.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) & Environmental Management System (EMS)
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Support environmental reporting and sustainability initiatives
- Support third‑party audits, support and participate in supplier audits, plan, conduct, and report internal system audits
- Ensure timely closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
- Identify improved systems of work through the process improvement system
Requirements
- Experience in a quality/compliance background, ideally from an automotive or other highly regulated sector (environmental)
- IATF 16949 / automotive experience; experience of working with ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and both internal and external audit experience
- Experience in a quality or compliance role within the automotive manufacturing environment
- Experience working with OEM customer requirements and portals
