Role overview
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join us at the ground level - learning all aspects of recruitment (candidate sourcing, business development) with the help and guidance of other Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Client relationship management and help deliver excellent service
- Qualify job briefs and develop job specs in collaboration with senior consultants
- Learn and utilise recruitment tools, CRM systems, job boards, and social/professional networks
- Business development - identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, and expanding our client base
- Engage in team meetings, knowledge-sharing, and community initiatives consistent with our B-Corp ethos
- Hit agreed metrics and targets
What we’re looking for
- A strong communicator: you can write & speak confidently and persuasively
- Motivated, tenacious, and coachable - hunger to learn and grow
- A collaborative mindset - comfortable working in and contributing to a team
- Organised, with good attention to detail
- Some experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory
