Globally, our client is now the market leader in their sector following acquisition of their major competitor. Due to this growth, they are recruiting for an Injection Moulding Technician to join their team in Tamworth. They need Injection Moulding Technicians who are process driven to help them through the next phase of change in their business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Carrying out first line maintenance of tooling
  • Ensuring tools are safely installed and machines are properly set
  • Maintaining correct levels of materials and stock
  • Identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an Injection Moulding Technician, Blow Moulding Technician or in a similar role
  • Experience with machines ranging from 50-1500 tonne
  • Ability to problem solve, communicate issues and work within a team to implement corrective actions
  • Health & Safety conscious, ensuring company and regulatory processes are followed
