Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking to join a rapidly growing business at an exciting stage of its journey?
We're working with an expanding technical services organisation that supports high-end medical and aesthetic technology across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join their close-knit engineering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer with experience servicing aesthetic laser systems, medical devices, or other sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment who wants to work for a company where their contribution genuinely makes a difference.
The Role
- Installation, commissioning and customer handover of advanced aesthetic and medical systems
- Planned preventative maintenance and calibration work
- Fault-finding and repair of electrical, electronic and mechanical issues
- Providing technical support to customers both remotely and on-site
- Working closely with a small, supportive engineering team
- Majority of travel within the M25 region, with occasional travel further afield when required
The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally from the aesthetic laser industry
- Experience working on medical devices, laser systems, beauty technology, healthcare equipment or similar high-value technical equipment
- Strong electrical and electro-mechanical fault-finding skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
