Our client is a growing engineering manufacturing business. They provide custom components for leading companies in the civil and construction industries. They are currently looking for an experienced QHS&E Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 standards and Health and Safety Regulations.
- Look after approvals and first off article inspections.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer audits and external assessments.
- Develop and implement procedures to monitor the performance of the QMS, manage internal audits and process safety incidents.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on both quality and health safety matters.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience of working in a Quality led environment.
- Experience of a manufacturing/production environment ideally heavier engineering.
- Understanding of hazardous area quality systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 would be a strong advantage.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- £50,000 - £60,000
