It’s the first step from Engineer into Management, taking a Senior Maintenance Engineer off the tools and into a more managerial position overseeing the team. Role & Responsibilities: Foresee that all the activities needed to maintain equipment are being executed and with a high quality, focus on preventive and predictive maintenance. Detect deviations in the performance of the plant’s asset function in time Ensure the safe, efficient and quality execution of routine maintenance work on a daily basis, through detailed job preparation with the Engineer of the area
