The role
We are seeking an experienced
Quality Manager
to lead quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities across a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on leadership position focused on driving quality standards, enhancing operational performance and ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance framework.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Manage customer quality concerns, audits, and non-conformance processes.
- Lead and support quality teams across multiple departments and sites.
- Monitor quality performance, implement best practices, and promote a strong quality culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Quality Assurance leadership role within heavy engineering, manufacturing, casting, metals, automotive, aerospace, foundry or similar industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing and compliance standards.
- Experience leading continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities.
- Ability to analyse quality data and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
