Role & Responsibilities:
- Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years' experience working within a HR environment
- Attention to detail is essential
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential
Benefits Package:
- Starting salary of GBP36'000 per annum.
