Job Overview
We are recruiting new consultants to join our team in Portishead. This entry‑level role is ideal for ambitious and sociable candidates who can communicate at all levels. It offers a dedicated 6‑month training programme and the possibility of rapid development and open‑ended earnings.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with clients
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, database, job boards and other sources
- Writing job adverts and qualifying applicants against jobs
- Conducting phone/video interviews to screen candidates
- Presenting candidates’ CVs to clients
- Assist candidates through the entire interviewing & placement process
- Identify potential new clients in your market
- Accept competitive basic starting salary with quarterly raises
