Electrical & Electronic Design Engineer – Portbury – North Somerset

Monday – Friday Flexible Working Hours

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and a lot of growth and expansion plans, they are looking for an Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop products and test equipment to meet internal and customer requirements
  • Generate system technical design documentation, specifications, test procedures, schematics and diagrams for projects
  • Undertake testing, modification, evaluation and re-testing of products and systems

Requirements:

  • BEng / MEng in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Understanding of electrical and electronics principles
  • Experience with SolidWorks Electrical, Altium Design packages
  • Mechanical Design Experience – desirable
  • Experience of working with ERP/MRP software
