We are hiring for our client, a well-established underwriting agency, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Underwriting Team Lead to manage and develop their Northern Ireland Commercial Team. The Role:
* Lead and manage the Commercial Underwriting Team for Northern Ireland, supporting team performance and development
* Provide technical guidance on underwriting queries and referrals across commercial products
* Ensure underwriting activity is compliant, consistent, and within delegated authority
* Monitor and manage workflow and performance KPIs
* Support onboarding and ongoing training of team members
* Collaborate with internal departments (claims, accounts, audit) and broker partners
