We are hiring for our client - a highly regarded legal firm - who are seeking a Senior Associate - Family Law to join their growing team. The Role

  • Advise and manage a diverse range of Family Law matters including financial provision, divorce, cohabitation, and child law
  • Represent clients in both Sheriff Court and Court of Session matters
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where appropriate
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
  • Work closely with senior leadership on high-value and complex cases

The Person

  • Qualified solicitor in Scotland with strong experience in Family Law
  • Ideally 6-8 years PQE, but applications from those with more or slightly less will be considered
  • Strong court experience and excellent client-handling skills
  • Confident, compassionate, and solutions-focused
  • A team player with an interest in mentoring and growing within a leading practice
