The Role
- Preparation of wills, trusts, letters of wishes and succession planning for individuals and business owners.
- Administration of estates, drafting estate accounts and calculating IHT/NRB/RNRB allowances.
- Advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and assisting with registrations.
- Controllership applications before the OCP and High Court.
- Client advisory work across a mix of high-net-worth and general private client matters.
The Person
- A technically strong solicitor with solid grounding in wills, trusts, estate administration and capacity law.
- Someone who can work autonomously but also collaboratively.
- An individual who is proactive, organised and able to help develop relationships.
- STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
