Based across Kilroot and Ballylumford, the role starts with Monday to Friday training before moving to a rotating 12-hour shift pattern, giving hands-on exposure to complex plant and safe operation.
The successful candidate will complete a structured two to three year development programme, with comprehensive technical training and real long-term career progression in power generation.
