The Role
- Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their insurance needs
- Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car, home, van, travel, legal protection, GAP insurance, etc.)
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions
- Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
The Person
- 3+ years' experience in insurance sales (desirable)
- Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, with a passion for service and sales
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
