The Role
  • Serve customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their insurance needs
  • Advise on and sell a wide range of personal lines insurance products (car, home, van, travel, legal protection, GAP insurance, etc.)
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance in administration
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored insurance solutions
  • Operate within a supportive team and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture
The Person
  • 3+ years' experience in insurance sales (desirable)
  • Working knowledge of OpenGi software (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for service and sales
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
