Due to continued success our impressive, global manufacturing Client wishes to recruit an experienced People Advisor/HR Advisor. Based in South Belfast, our Client is fast paced, well established and well respected as one of the world’s largest employers in their market. The People Advisor is a new, permanent opportunity and an addition to the existing, busy People Team. The successful People Advisor will work closely with Managers to provide policy and process support and advice across the full range of employee lifecycle processes, including case management. This is an incredibly busy and varied People/HR Advisor role and culture and team fit is incredibly important. The People/HR Advisor must be commercial, proactive and passionate about HR and in return the position offers an attractive salary, career development, full time hours and an early finish on Fridays (4 days office, 1 WFH). The Role Work with established HR policies and processes to achieve specified goals Resolve queries and provide information on complex processes and related policies Deliver complex analyses of HR data, identifying key trends and contributing to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement and/or improvement of business performance Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for employee relations cases.
