We are hiring for our client, a highly respected financial planning firm, who are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. The Role
- Support Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing, planning, and review
- Attend client meetings and assist with technical queries
- Gather and maintain client data, including accurate compliance and documentation
- Prepare draft net worth statements, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans
- Conduct product research, platform analysis, and technical due diligence
- Write clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports
- Liaise with providers and client advisers (legal/tax) as needed
- Support implementation of recommendations and assist in annual reviews
- Stay up to date with regulatory and market changes
- Participate in internal investment committee meetings and team collaboration
The Person
- Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a Paraplanner role
- Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) – essential
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software (e.g. Voyant, Intelliflo)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with complex financial data
- Excellent communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently
- Desire to achieve Chartered status and ongoing CPD compliance
