We are hiring for our client, a highly respected financial planning firm, who are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. The Role

  • Support Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing, planning, and review
  • Attend client meetings and assist with technical queries
  • Gather and maintain client data, including accurate compliance and documentation
  • Prepare draft net worth statements, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans
  • Conduct product research, platform analysis, and technical due diligence
  • Write clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports
  • Liaise with providers and client advisers (legal/tax) as needed
  • Support implementation of recommendations and assist in annual reviews
  • Stay up to date with regulatory and market changes
  • Participate in internal investment committee meetings and team collaboration

The Person

  • Minimum 2 years\’ experience in a Paraplanner role
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) – essential
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial planning products and platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software (e.g. Voyant, Intelliflo)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with complex financial data
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage own workload, prioritise effectively, and work independently
  • Desire to achieve Chartered status and ongoing CPD compliance
