We are hiring for our client, a leading contractor specialising in renewable energy, civil engineering, and electrical infrastructure projects, who are seeking to appoint experienced Site Engineers to deliver high-quality works across Northern Ireland / ROI. As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in setting out, supervising, and delivering works involving earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete, groundworks and landscaping. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong pipeline of secured projects in the renewables and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Setting out of works across infrastructure and renewables projects
  • Overseeing site safety procedures and standards
  • Site supervision of trades and subcontractors
  • Keeping accurate daily site records and diaries
  • Carrying out QA / quality control checks
  • Coordinating material deliveries and call-offs

Qualifications

  • 3rd level qualification (Degree / HNC / HND) in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a Site Engineer role within construction or building projects
  • Hands-on experience with setting out, QA and SHEQ documentation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full and current UK driving licence essential
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%) preferred
