We are hiring for our client, a leading civil engineering company based in Omagh, who is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial management of their projects. Play a key role in the efficient and cost-effective management of resources, materials, and finances, from tendering through to final account.

The Role
- Lead the delivery of commercial management services for all tendering and projects.
- Prepare timely internal commercial reporting, including monthly CVRs and project cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Manage procurement processes, including negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and final account agreement.
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues and ensure the accurate preparation of valuations and payment applications.
The Person
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a Construction-related discipline with commercial experience.
- 5 - 10 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Need to have experience within Civil Engineering.
- Strong understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficient in contract administration, tendering, procurement, and cost management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Full driving licence and CSR / SafePass Card.
