Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor Omagh Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading civil engineering company based in Omagh, who is seeking a Graduate / Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist with commercial management of their projects. The Role: Assist with the delivery of commercial management services for all tendering and projects. Help prepare timely internal commercial reporting, including monthly CVRs and project cash flow forecasts. Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure that projects are completed within budget. Manage procurement processes, including negotiation with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Administer subcontractor and supplier accounts, ensuring timely payment and final account agreement. The Person: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a Construction-related discipline with commercial experience. 1+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering. Understanding of construction costs, budgeting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. Full driving licence and access to a car.
